1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LaserCuttingPro.lk ("the Website") and our laser cutting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Business Information

LaserCuttingPro.lk operates as an online laser cutting and metal fabrication service based in Sri Lanka. Our business address: 107, Sri Jana Mw, Attidiya Rd, Govipolawatta, Ratmalana 10390, Sri Lanka.

3. Services

We provide custom laser cutting, metal bending, and fabrication services. Services are offered subject to material availability, machine capacity, and our acceptance of your order. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders and Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after payment is received or explicitly accepted by us.
• Payment is processed securely through PayHere. We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods offered by PayHere.
• Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes unless specified.
• Shipping/delivery costs are calculated separately and shown at checkout.

5. Design Files and Specifications

You are responsible for providing accurate DXF or compatible design files and specifications. We manufacture according to the files and details you submit. Errors in your design files may result in non-conforming products for which we are not liable. Please verify your files before ordering.

6. Production and Delivery

• Production times vary based on order complexity and workload. We will provide an estimated delivery date.
• Delivery is available via pickup from our facility or courier to addresses in Sri Lanka.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery or pickup. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your design files. By submitting files, you grant us a license to use them solely for manufacturing your order. We do not use your designs for any other purpose without your consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunity.

9. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible, and refunds are at our discretion. See our Return Policy for details.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Website. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
